Baby wearing & tummy time

I was just told baby wearing counts as tummy time. Is that true? Do you count it toward tummy time? It’s hard getting an hour on the floor ngl.

Yes 110% because especially when I’m sitting my baby is looking around and constantly working on neck control. Both are important but it counts. (:

Yes! As long as they're awake, that's tummy time. Admittedly on easy mode bc the more upright they are the easier it is on them, but it absolutely counts and I credit all the baby wearing I do for how good my kids have been at holding up their heads at early ages.
