I'm due in a few weeks with my second baby and honestly this pregnancy has been a world apart from my July 2021 baby. Now all my focus is on my first child, and I have barely had time to think properly about the second baby. I'm so worried about how I'm going to give both attention, and if I will feel any different with a second. Any second time mums here got any advice!

It's completely natural to be worrying about this, but I'm telling you now, once that second baby is born, you share your love and it's like the second one has always been there ❤️ I give my eldest one on one time every day when my boyfriend gets in from work or when my baby is asleep. She helps with the nappies and likes to say "no poo in there" 😂 xx

Hey. There’s a 13 month gap between my 2 ( 1&2 ). I was really worried about being able to meet both of their needs and give both attention. It will all fall in to place and you will find a routine that works for you.
I found preparing lunches and snacks for the day with breakfast handy.
Plan walks / park trips when your baby is sleeping so you can have the 1:1 time with your toddler.
Find some local under 5 groups, toddler can play in a safe place while u have baby too.
If I plan anything with my oldest now, she just asks for her younger brother the whole time. They adapt so quickly and fall in love with their sibling.
Good luck 💫

I'm the same, I'm due next week and I'm worried about all of the above. I also have an irrational fear my first will hate me cause I'm bringing home a baby😂 our friends have had babies and she's obsessed constantly wanting to help with them but can't help the worry🙃 x
