Withdrawal bleed post egg donation
So long shot , but I donated my eggs last week this is the same process as egg retrieval for those undergoing ivf treatment , I took gonal f ganerellix and then trigger shot and had egg retrieval 36 hours later.
I was told that this drug overstimulates your ovaries so to abstain during this period as I would be highly fertile. And that I would be releasing more than 1 egg so risk of multiples.
Being a lesbian there’s no way of that accidentally happening however……. We tried anyway with at home insemination via donor…
My question is 5 days after ovulating I am now bleeding which is too be expected due to synthetic hormone drop - but does this mean I could have conceived or not as it’s too early for implantation I just can’t work it out 🙈

It's possible it could be implantation bleeding if you had any eggs left over that matured and released after collection.

You were told to abstain but you inseminated anyway?
Yeh I had withdrawl bleed within a week with LH trigger the luteal phase is shortened which is why you’re not supposed to try to get pregnant without having another shot and progesterone support so I would assume, you’re probably not pregnant.
Yeah because we thought the only risk would be twins so we took the risk but that sounds about right iv seen about the progesterone- all natural next time no drugs involved thank you xxx
