At Home Doppler Use?

How often are y’all using your Doppler? I’ve been able to consistently pick up my baby’s heartbeat but I’m seeing that it could heat the tissues. Is this safe?

They tell you to use it once in a while. That’s super hard to do because we want to check on the baby constantly. My husband and I make Saturday morning our day to check the heartbeat. I will feel better once I can feel the baby move I will feel better because I will use a kick counter.
