Dealing with ex-husbands
Back story: My ex-husband harassed me at my job for 3 weeks, which led to my termination. I was a single mom, unemployed for 3 months. I was granted a protection order. He fought that and lost. He filed to have my son removed from my home and forced into public school. He's been homeschooled 98% of his life and is doing wonderful under my care. The judge denied his request to have him removed from my home. Ex then made claims I have mental health issues but couldn't back that up. He lost that. Then he filed to have full custody of the son I've raised his entire life. This brings everyone up to speed! So, now my son is now 8 and says his dad bullies him for information about his time with me. If he doesn't answer him, his dad becomes very upset. My son says he answers him, so he stops asking questions. My son also has stated to him, I don't want to answer all your questions. My ex bribes him by saying you can watch a show on my phone if you answer 5 questions. Our son is stuck in the middle and he's being bullied! Have any of you dealt with an ex who wanted to regain control over you but can't, so they use your children? Any thoughts? Please let me know how you'd deal with this 😞 I feel so bad for my son.

@Paula - I had a PO but it expired and they didn't renew it again. He has been violent with both my son and I.
@Carlene Langley - I've really messed my life up being the "nice girl" and allowing things to continue with him for 8 years...
- In order to reinstate a PO, there has to be an incident within a year. There hasn't been because he followed the PO I did have. Basically, it's up to the judge at this point what happens. I will update after I hear his ruling on the 15th! Pray for my son and I.
