Non-Molestation orders UK
Does anyone have any experience with injunctions/non-molestation orders in the UK? Birth mum abandoned her children a year ago and has been refusing to see them but stalking and harassing us instead. The court granted the injunction but have to serve it - does anyone know how long they have? Should we have received an email confirming already? What happens if she doesn’t answer the door to be served?
Im so worried for our safety :(

I don’t think there is a time limit for them to serve it. Is it being served by the police? It depends who is serving it.
it’s being served by the courts. She didn’t turn up to the hearing so technically she doesn’t know about the order so they said it can only be in force when she’s been served as that’s when she knows.
