Dribble rash

Anyone got any suggestions for dribble rash? I've tried lasinoh, breast milk, both mixed together, E45, aveeno, metanium, sudocrem and a barrier balm from Amazon 🥴 things like metanium dry it out and take the redness out for a little while but as soon as we clean it to reapply it's red raw again. Dr is calling me this evening but I thought I'd ask around on here first if anyone has experience of anything similar and any ideas what might work. We're changing bibs at every nappy change too to make sure he's not got wet clothing sitting on it. It's the bit in the neck I'm worried about as I don't want it to get infected 😖

I think bibs helped us a lot to clear it out while using creams

I use balmonds skin salvation, I got it from Amazon and it says on the bottle for dribble rash, worked well for us. I also give her a bath in the morning and evening when she has it to keep it very clean

This happened with my older boy. The thing that worked for us in the end was stopping using bibs, even though I regularly changed them for dry bibs. Instead I just wiped his mouth with a muslin and it cleared up pretty soon.

Try applying coconut oil so it won’t get absorb into skin
