So my 18 month old threw up in the middle of the night. I knew something was wrong because she woke up crying really bad and her body was warm. I’m thinking maybe it’s a stomach bug. This morning she woke up still seeming to be uncomfortable, and she was crying so i think her stomach is still bothering her, she hasn’t thrown up again but she did go back to sleep which is unusual for her because she’s always up bright and early. What can I do!?

what about dry foods? Like toast with no butter or cheerios ?

fluids are usually the most important when a child’s sick c they don’t always want to eat. So like water, apple juice, watered down Gatorade. I would try cheerios if she wants to eat tho

To like the pedialyte, so I’ll try apple juice and just dilute it with water so it’s not too much sugar

yw! My daughter hated pedialyte too so organic apple juice or white Gatorade is usually my go to bc there’s no dye in it
