Have you tried giving him cold milk? That may help with the heat. My little boy has had milk from fridge today to help keep
Him cool and he guzzled it, when he hasn’t been drinking much!
You can also try baby neurofen. Can be given as well as calpol, so they are not going as long between doses of medication. His temp has gone down which is promising.
Unfortunately the grouchy-ness I think we just have to ride out with jabs. We had ours yesterday and he hasn’t been himself today.
Trust your instincts though, if he doesn’t seem right ring your gp or 111 for advice. Xx

we pre make his bottles anyway n he has them striaght from the fridge! Perfect that we done that from day 1 as in this heat he’s happy to drink cold milk, I just chekced it again n it’s still 37.9 so he’s jus chilling in a nappy unsure what to put him in to sleep, usally he had a vest as it 27.3 degrees in our room, so you have any advice for that? X

our little boy is in a vest and a 0.2 tog tommee tippee sleep sack. It’s 26.5 in our room. We don’t have the windows open all day and black out blind is down, so heat doesn’t get in. We’ll open window or put fan on a bit later when a little cooler out. We’ve opened windows at front of house as cooler.
I would say pop him in a vest or just his nappy for bed xx
