Registering baby
Does anyone know if your not married to the child’s father and he doesn’t turn up to register the baby, can you put him on or does he have to be there?

If you’re not married both parents need to be there that’s what they told me when I booked
My daughters dad has to be there for him to be on the birth certificate (we aren’t married). However, I do think it’s different for each county/ district so check your local council website xx
In Bristol dad has to be there if you're not married, but agree with checking your local council website to be certain x
