Bedtime

I would just do a short sleeve vest personally and no sleeping bag! My room is 28 so I’m doing just a nappy tonight! As it’s always best to let them be a bit cooler rather than too hot x

My LGs room is saying 25 degrees and she’s in a short sleeve vest and 0.2 tog sleep bag

I don’t have a smaller tog bag so maybe I’ll just leave her in nappy as I don’t know how she will sleep without a bag

My LB is just in a vest. Room say 24.5 and we have a fan on for him too..

I’ve ditched the bag the past few nights, I do have a 0.5 but we cosleep and I know it could get too hot being next to each other so it’s just a short sleeve vest for now x

When we were in Spain he slept in a summer short-sleeved, footless pj, so maybe a short sleeved vest? I don't think is warm enough to sleep only on nappies. To me that's more 30+ degrees. I would get cold myself after a while

she’s in a nappy in her 1.5tog bag as she’s never not slept in one and she moves so much I don’t want to use a thin blanket

Our room is 26.5 and he’s just in a vest. I go based off myself. I’m only in a t Shirt and that’s with my partner next to me. If anything he feels cooler but I’d rather that than too hot x

I keep checking her back and she seems cool to touch being in her nappy and 1.5tog sleep bag x

yeah, that should be OK. I meant only in nappy with nothing else on top. Again though, I think we all have different thresholds depending where we're from too. I need something covering me when I sleep, and I find my son sleeps better when warmer too

Nappy only

This week she's just been in a nappy and 0.5 tog sleep bag. Her room has been anywhere between 24-27 degrees this week. She also has a fan, air purifier and window open at night.
