Hemorrhoids

Guys…. I’m terrified of getting them. I’ve been having weird butt/vagina pain that feels like lightning. But also really uncomfortable and itchy but mostly painful?? It’s weird. Midwife said it could be the start of one. I’m only 25 weeks! How is this possible. Anyone else?

I had one, it was small honestly it doesn’t hurt. I took baths (still do) with witch hazel liquid added, and Dr.teals epson salt hazel and aloe. Then got mommy bliss hemmroid cream
