Premature baby’s💖

I’ve recently been to a growth scan on the Monday, been told my placenta is resisting and not functioning 100% and there aim is for me to deliver in 2 weeks time, I’ll be 28 weeks at the time, I’m such a nervous wreck. Can I ask what everyone’s baby’s are weighing at 26 weeks💖👑
