Constantly hot

Since having my second baby 9 months I’m constantly boiling hot and sweating non stop. When I ask GP or anyone else about it I just get told it’s hormones don’t worry told bloods are fine nothing they can do. Is anyone else like this and found anything that works to stop being so hot and sweaty all the time?
