So I've heard that you're not supposed to drink cranberry and raspberry tea during pregnancy (caffeine free hibiscus with cranberry & raspberry flavourings) does anyone know if this is true? I'm 9 weeks first time mum to be and everything is sending me into a panic π

Itβs the raspberry leaf part that as mentioned above can affect your cervix. They say it can be drunk after 32 weeks but only in small quantities (1 small cup a day) and gradually build it up over the following weeks up to 3cups a day at 37/8 weeks

I saw online to avoid hibiscus but Iβm not entirely sure how true it is x

This is what's making me nervous. I started drinking it yesterday as it's the only thing that I can keep down that helps my severe morning sickness but then I read about hibiscus π« I think I'm best just avoiding it and trying to find something else I can drink.
