I finally called my doctor

After 2.5 years of trying, so many tests, so many treatment methods, much heartbreak and many shed tears I called my doctor. I now have an appointment to discuss my really irregular periods, fertility struggles, and all my questions. I’ve done research about pcos and so much of that describes what i’m experiencing. It’s taken so much for me to accept that I need help if I’m ever going to have a baby. Wish me luck! And for anyone also struggling, I hope you get your happy ending!

It’s important to check in with a doctor but I also have many tips for you. Do you have any like excessive hair growth or acne? It really depends on which type of pcos you have, it helps you understand what you need to focus on. Do you know what type of pcos you have? In general Stabilize your blood sugar, eating protein fat and carb at every meal + snack. Limit sugar. Prioritize sleep. Cycle sync. And get to the root of your imbalances.. this looks like depleted minerals and gut pathogens. I’m happy to help answer any questions you have
