In my experience finding the therapist that I like is similar to find any doctor that you like or a friend or even a partner. I tried with so many until I found the one that makes me feel comfortable and I can see progress in my life. It requires patience and intuition, trust yourself. And if you don’t like it, don’t feel bad to move on to another one. That’s why you need the patience, to start all over again. Be proud of yourself for wanting to improve your mental health.
In terms of how with Medicaid ask them what they have to offer for you and try. Good luck! 🍀
