Is this a heat rash?
Hi! I think this is a hit rash but just wanted to see what fellow mamas think. Been to the doctor previously with it as she had it a few weeks ago as well but they couldn’t identify it.
It gets a lot worse when she is awake and playing on her playmat for example. Thank you!!

Yes my baby is the same, it gets worse if she's been out in the heat or sat in her pram for a while, we was out 2hrs today just in a vest but when we got home back of her neck, back, back of legs and arms was covered, so we sat outside in the shade for 10 mins and it went down
Can use a damp muslin or cloth to help reduce it aswell, not a concern unless it becomes itchy like prickly heat but sudocrem would help that ❤️
