My baby has alot of acne on his face and eyelids, is there something I can do to help with his acne?

Breast milk really clears mines up
Wash with water(and maybe a really gentle cleanser too) every day. I wouldn't use lotion because that could clog the pores more. Don't pop them. Breastmilk helps sone
