Help a girl out pleaseee🥹

I am absolutely hating this heat and my poor 7 week old is too bless her cotton socks. She’s a sticky mess 😅

First question… How do we keep them ‘hydrated’ as such? is milk enough?

Second question… Can i have the fan on!? In my room as i am struggling like mad with no fan in this disgusting weather 🥹🥹🥹

Thanks guys !

we’ve been worried about hydration too so contacted our health visitor, she said it’s fine (especially in this heat!) to give baby 1-2 ounces of cooled boiled water a day. we’ve been giving our son 1 ounce and he’s 8 weeks currently.
we have also had the fan going!! as well as this we are trying to keep him as low as possible, so he’s been spending a lot of time downstairs on his playgym, and waiting until it’s cool at night before taking him up to bed xx

If formula fed then 1-2oz of water a day, not recommended for breastfed babies :)

Thank you all, really appreciate your responses! ☺️

I got advised no water until at least 6months due to their kidneys not being able to handle it, and it causes water intoxication, so be very careful when giving water!!!
