And to never use the outlet plug inserts. Those are a choking hazard and also easily removed.

We switched our outlet covers to the slide ones instead

Many modern stoves have removable knobs

And always check doorstoppers to make sure the rubber bit can't come off. If it can, remove or swap them out.
