Baby girl has developed a nappy rash
Not sure how the healing process is supposed to look. I’m not sure if Sudocream is working/if rash is getting worse or better. Any suggested remedies to help the healing process?

I work in a nursery and swear by metanium- the yellow ointment you can buy in most supermarkets.
When the rash has cleared switch to the white metanium/Sudocrem as it’s a barrier cream xxx
I second metanium
I wash her after every dirty nappy with luke warm water and use sudocrem
Third metanium!
I forth metanium! It’s a miracle cream. My boy had a nasty virus which made him poo 6/7 times a day this has kept his bum rash free.
