Boil on toddlers butt

Need help for remedies and things to drain boil on my daughters butt. She had one and it went down but still hard lump now there is another in the center of the crack forming and it hurts. I don’t have health insurance for the hospital. Not sure what to do right now besides pain ointment, tea tree oil. Trying to get them to drain out.

You baby should qualify for free health care!!!

Does she not? This needs looked at asap.. and if she needs to be seen you can get on a super super low monthly payment plan. But I know that no kid is supposed to be without health care..
