Heatwave and sleep

Currently 26 in our room and he’s in just a short sleeved vest and nappy x

Mine is in just a sleeveless vest tonight (and a nappy) it's 26°C in here atm and that's with fans on 🥵

My groegg says my room is 32° so he's literally in a nappy x

Nappy and sleeveless vest - would have in just a nappy but for feeding etc the skin to skin will just make us both hotter!

Our room was 26/27 last night so we did just a Nappy, then he woke around 3am and it was 25 so popped a 0.5tog sleep sack on. Will likely do the same tonight

25 and temp doesn’t drop overnight so just a nappy and got a blanket here in case she needs it. She’s been super fussy today and her gums are white so she’s probs feeling a bit grotty if her teeth are playing a part

The room is 26 but drops in the night, and last few nights she's woken up as she has wriggled out of the blanket to the top of the crib and her legs were cold to touch so think this is why she woke more than usual.
I was worried about her being too hot in the sleeping bag, but will put her in the sleeping bag when we go to bed she is currently just in a nappy x

@Hannah last night my girl was just in a nappy and a 0.5 tog sleeping bag. It was 27°C in there and she slept fine. I think the temp dropped overnight, but she slept well. Xx

24 degree in here
and my baby sweating in a short sleeved vest, but I don't want to leave her only in a nappy, what would I do if it would be 30 degrees inside 😅
