Nappy and 0.5 sleeping bag?

Is just a nappy with a 0.5 sleeping bag ok for tonight? The room is about 27 degrees, I would do just a vest but he never seems to sleep well without his legs covered, he’s just had his jabs too so want him to be comfortable but then also worried about overheating/temperature 😭
