Positive Birthing Online Course

HIGHLY recommend for those of you still waiting to meet your babies. I had a calm, mellow & yes, painful labor (which goes without saying) which resulted in me pushing for 20 minutes and no tear. I credit that to this course which teaches breathing techniques and reframes labor & birth. It’s about $30 and worth every penny.
