Anyone know what this is?

For past 2-3 days I noticed some type of rash on my baby’s forehead, face and scalp- anyone know what it could be?
Doctor wasn’t helpful- said it may be baby acne or maybe a milk allergy.
Just curious if anyone dealt with this.

My baby had what was called baby pimples and it kinda looks like that. Cetiphil works for it if you don’t want them there anymore but from what my pediatrician said, it doesn’t bother them at all
