Fever
My baby just turn 9 months. Yesterday he started to have fever up to 103f. It went down to 98f this morning. But right now his temperature is back up to 102f. Whenever I give him medicine he threw up. He is sleeping and I put cloth on his head to reduce fever. Should I take him to urgent care or what should I do next? Pls help 🙏🏻

I would take baby into urgent care since he is running a fever.
If he can't keep down the medicine to help with the fever I would take him in just to be safe
