Recently had a little baby girl and although I’m so proud of my body for making her (and her sister)…. I am also so ready to lose the baby weight plus a couple extra stone!
I am BF so I need to make sure I do this a healthy way that won’t affect my milk
Does anyone have any suggestions? The only diet I’ve ever been able to stick to is Herbalife, but that seems pretty expensive now that I have a newborn.
Any other options? Or should I just fork out the money for Herbalife
