What do you use for diaper rash?

any and all creams/ointments do about the same, tbh. everyone has their favorites. naked time really helps! my girl has only had one and when i kept her out of a diaper as much as possible, it was gone after a couple of days.

Honestly I kept it real cheap and simple, i keep the area dry with corn starch, usually use Vaseline or even pure coconut oil first and then add the corn starch on top for every diaper change. I'll switch off too and do only corn starch for one change then add Vaseline for the next one. Also, daily or every other day baths help too with a gentile soap. That's what works for me good luck!

I’ve been using baby aquaphor since he was born. Almost 6 mo and has never had a rash. The pediatrician always makes comments on how well I’m doing with his diaper. I’d definitely recommend it.

I also use aquaphor - we got one diaper rash when I used a travel diaper cream with zink in it so I bathed my boy so his bottom
Was clean then I dried him really well. Then I used Bag Balm under the diaper cream and the rash was gone in the morning. You can also try a milk bath I hear that works wonders

Milk of magnesium. I tried so many rash creams and none worked. Another mom recommended this and my baby’s rash went away over night

We use baby aquaphor too and have for both kids. I clean and dry the area really well and apply a decent amount after every diaper change (while the rash is there, not just every change in general) and the rash is usually gone in a day, maybe 2 if it's a bad one.

we use hello bello and put her on a puppy pee pad naked for 10-15 minutes 3x a day. usually clears up in a day or so

I use aquaphor baby every day for every diaper change. Still he got a rash.
