First time mum here so this may be a sillly worry! I have a 2 month old, I’m wanting to start being more active, is it okay to go out for long walks? (Bringing everything may need of course) i used to do 10 thousand steps a day but it was a pretty long walk! So not sure if that’s to much for a baby? (In a pram) also if I do that dose that mean I should cut out evening walks too? (Im thinking of doing the 10 thousand steps in the morning, but usally do a short evening walk…)

I’m going to start doing the same soon. I have a 2 week old. We went out for about four hours yesterday and was able to do everything. I took a baby carrier as well as a big pram with the bassinet style top part. I think you can do everything on the go with this set up you can change them, feed them, and then if restless carry them on your chest which is also going to burn more calories.
She was sleeping for most of the time we were out.

Perfectly fine to go for a long walk. No need to cut your evening walk, baby will likely enjoy it :)
