What did you do differently when you conceived?

I’m interested to know, for those who got their BFP, what did you do differently (if anything) the month you conceived?

We BD every other day (from about CD9) and continued until 2 days after my LH peak! I also stopped taking herbal stuff a month before too and stripped it back to just a prenatal multivitamin. I think adding in extra stuff causes too many interactions and extra stress!

We continued to BD for 3 days past my peak ovulation test, instead of the usual 2 days. Might just be coincidence though.
Also cycle we conceived in was also the first month in a very long time that I fully relaxed. We went out drinking (a lot) and had fun!

We chilled out and enjoyed life and only had sex peak day and ovulation day xx
