Serious mum guilt / thought of Returning to work.
So I'm having a nightmare time financially and I'm really contemplating having to go back to work hopefully maybe part time if could be feasible ive been to get a prospectus this morning for a local nursery and had a quick look round to get an idea on what to expect. I feel awful as I didn't want to have to go back so soon but I feel I may be going to be left with no choice but to go back in the next month or so. Not much point to this post I guess just a rant. Has anyone else either with this baby or previous ones gone back to work early?

Not quite the same but we're in the process of buying a house and there's a chance we may not get a mortgage with me on maternity leave, so I may have to return early just to get accepted for the mortgage. Ridiculous when you could take out a mortgage then get pregnant and go on maternity a year later and not even have to tell them!

Hi @Aimie, we are the same, in the process of buying a house with a newborn/me being on maternity leave! Do you have a mortgage advisor? We had everything organised by an advisor and had our mortgage approved the other day. Happy to pass on their details if that would help
