Heat rash or something else?
Our bedroom was 28-29°c overnight and he slept in just a nappy. Much cooler downstairs so got him in a loose thin cotton romper, this rash has developed in the last couple of hours.

Looks like a heat rash.
Could be allergy ? Have you changed your washing powder ?
