What to put newborn in for bed ?
What’s everyone putting there newborn in to sleep at night? It’s so hot, our room is 27/28 degrees! 8 days old

We have been doing just a vest - we have a fan circulating air dependent on how he feels have added a cellular blanket or muslin over him (our little boy is also 8 days old) x
My room is been 24-26c at night and my newborn has been in just a nappy and 1 tog swaddle sack x
My son was born in July 21 heatwave and it was as horrific as it is now. I put him to bed in a vest and a muslin over him as a blanket to start then thought he was too hot so just a vest. They wake so often anyway and soon let you know if they are cold 🤍
We're doing a nappy and a muslin in this weather. Can't wait for it to go cold again! X
Was watching a nhs live today and someone asked. Advised either just a nappy or vest worst case.
