Obstetric cholestasjs
Anyone else have super itchy boobs? I could honestly scratch them to shreds and they would still be itchy! (They haven’t grown at all) At first I thought it was the heat or growing boobs but then I just read about obstetric cholestasjs and now I’m worried it might be that? I do feel generally itchy but not particularly on hands and feet as is typical of obstetric cholestasis 🤷🏼♀️

I went to triage yesterday because my face, legs, feet and hands were swollen and itchy and they did test for a few different stuff including obstetric cholestasis. They do a blood test for that and they have the results the next day. If I were you I would call triage and ask if you should go there for some tests :)
I had my test results today and they told me it's because of the heat in my case ;)
okay thank you! Maybe I’ll just wait until the heat dies down and see if it’s still an issue
I have it! It’s hell 😫 like actual hell. I bleed 24/7 from legs / hands / feet / arms / back, you name it from the skin tears.
A blood test will check your levels!
If you do have this liver condition, it's better to get monitored quickly so I wouldn't panic but just call triage and ask them their opinion ;) Good luck !!
