Just thinking.. did anyone pack in their car a bag just in case your water broke and you weren't home? I was thinking maybe a towel and a washcloth to clean up and then an extra pair of pants and underwear or even a comfy dress just to get back home. I am an FTM so I don't exactly know how much water comes out but I can't imagine it would be comfortable sitting in wet clothes.

Never thought about it, but thanks, good idea!!

I haven’t experienced birth yet but doesn’t sound like a bad idea. However I also figured if my water breaks while out in public, I’d just go home & change. It could still be a while before needing to go to the hospital. 🤷🏻♀️

I think I'm going to do it. It's not going to hurt anything to have an extra bag in the back seat.

I'll more than likely go home first but just didn't want to sit in the car wet or if your still leaking water I would at least want to tell to sit on or something.

I was starting to think I was the only one who gave this a second thought 😂 I have anxiety about when and how it’s going to happen

I have anxiety about it too! Idk why but it's stressing me out 😂

I have stuff by my hospital bag for it (towels, puppy pad, etc.) But didn't think about what if it happens in public 🤣 I'll be moving that stuff out to the car I guess lol

I keep my hospital and diaper bag in my car at all times. I'm a busy woman working up until the day before my due date and drive all across my city so instead of lugging it back and forth I feel good knowing it's in my car close by at all times

I haven’t in my car but I have been sleeping on a towel for a couple of days now just in case. Having something in my car is smart though
