Rash ?

Hi mums a little worried my son has woke up with a rash all over his body ? ! What does it look like has anyone else see this

Could it be heatrash?

I'd get him checked at the GP personally but looks like some sort of reaction to something. Maybe a steroid cream could be beneficial x
