What does this mean? Am I 3-4 weeks pregnant? Has my baby already implanted?

I am over the moon to be pregnant with number 2 my little one is 9 months today

Yes, hcg begins after you have implanted and on those tests it shows you roughly how many weeks since you concieved (that would be the 1-2weeks) and then how many weeks pregnant you are is 3-4 🙂
