I’m the same! Saw my in laws yesterday and she was held by a few different people so I had to wash her down when we got home so I could relax!

Don’t feel bad about setting boundaries about who holds your baby and how long for. I don’t like my little one being passed around and I don’t like it when people offer to take him off me instead of offering to do the other thing i’d need my hands for. I thought I would be scared to speak up but you could just try to explain in a way that won’t hurt peoples feelings? X

I didn’t baby wear just due to the heat, I went and it was ok - I made my feelings clear in a relaxed convo about her being passed about / no kissing etc
Only my grandmother was eye rolling (shock) and then a kid asked to hold her but his mum said no not until she’s a bit bigger and then the same grandmother whispered to my mum to let him hold her and when my back was turned they snuck him in and handed her to him 🙃 safe to say I made a swift exit
Oh well it’s done now and no other events upcoming thankfully! Thanks for the advice guys
