Congestion
My 4.5mo old had a cold last week and we still have some lingering congestion his pediatrician recommended a whole long list of stuff we could do and I was just wondering if anyone has already successfully flushed out congestion or has dealt with this?
Would really like to know what has worked for y’all before spending tons of money and trying everything!

Saline drops and a nose aspirator + humidifier while sleeping
Do you have a brand that worked for you?
We use nose frida $20 on Amazon. Also saline drops and humidifier with vapor drops ☀️
We just got over her first cold, lasted a bit too. For my boo we used the suck sucker (I don’t like our frida baby one, I recommend the nelimed one it’s half the price and works way better) we put Frida vapor breathe drops in her humidifier and used Maty’s chest rub on her feet.
