My ex (well we recently broken up) husband he is never home at all claims that he is with his friends but it’s like 7 days in the row he never shows up home and always have excuses why he is never home. So I’m tired of begging for him to give me same respect . So I ended and he has done before in the past kept telling me he will change never did maybe for a little bit but goes back now I’m done I have a 9 month old daughter and I am utterly done . I don’t feel the same way like I used to about him. I always begged to him and I don’t know if that’s how love is.
So now he is mad that I want to end things and filing for divorce he clearly said he doesn’t want to have a divorce and is trying to apologize and I know how it goes I forgive and he goes back but I told him I don’t love him the same way. Then he goes and gives our daughter that’s innocent a cold shoulder ( won’t even play with her. She goes to him as a curiosity and he gets up and says no and leaves
My question I have told him whatever is between us shouldn’t involve her. But now it’s like he doesn’t want to be a father or take responsibility for a while. My whole question is what should I do or what is the next steps
Ps I have tried communicating and going therapy and nothing is working and I know it’s not me. I am puttin all my effort in this so ex relationship and he just wants me to forgive him

Of course he doesn't it's cheaper to keep her

Get a baby sitter or put the child in childcare and start going out
I have anxiety she is too young and won’t take a bottle but I would leave her with my dad for a few hours but she refuses a bottle all the time

If divorce is what you truly want and he's not taking you seriously, have him served with the paperwork by a neutral party and kick his ass out. If he refuses to leave, IDK. Then find a different place to go with your daughter to show him y'all are DONE done.
thank you. He thinks what he is doing is acceptable and I am done trying to explain my feelings

I did the same thing and my husband realized I meant business. We stayed separate for awhile but he went the extra mile to change. He's still on probation but something got through to him. This is in no means to persuade you to take him back. Do what's right for you and your daughter. Just sharing what the outcome was for us.

The cold shoulder to his own daughter is cruel and shows his emotional intelligence level.
I agree with serve him. He’s just hoping his little strops and toddler antics will make you change your mind x
Thank you

I'm sorry you're going through this. Giving his innocent baby daughter the cold shoulder is heartless and cruel, no matter what happens between the two of you he is her dad and should behave like it, I'm afraid he's showing you his true colours, in time of conflict we see people for who they are and when someone shows you who they are believe them. You and your daughter deserve so much better, I hope everything works out for you x

He isn’t being a husband or a dad if he is out 7 days a week. You done right to end things.
File for divorce and file for full custody. Do you have messages showing how he isn’t around? Use those when you file for full custody. Also find Dr K Dettweyler’s website - there is a letter for courts explaining why a baby needs to stay with Mum whilst breastfeeding. This will help you keep full custody. He can have visitation at a contact centre until she is old enough not to be so reliant on the breast (2yrs+).
If he has an issue with you ending the marriage, then he should have been a dad and husband and not spend 7days a week away from home 🤷♀️ can’t act single and then expect the perks of a relationship.
do you have the link for the websit I can’t seem to find it

Although it is 8yrs old, all the science is the most up to date as all the research done recently in this area all states the same. The science behind breastfeeding hasn’t and won’t be changing.
okay and thank you
