Tylenol has definitely been my go to unfortunately.. I’m not a big fan of certain medications however I have twins and at this point I have to choose my battles wisely. I’ve been using the brand Camilia (spell check) it’s a liquid. Homeopathic. I think it works, it definitely calms them (it’s made of chamomile) and some other natural ingredients.. My oldest twin LOVES freezer teethers however his brother is a fan of those hand held teethers off of Amazon. Other than that. Extra cuddles. Extra kisses. An extra bath or two due to excessive drool.. and extra prayers! Lol 😅

Use genexa. It's a clean alternative to tylenol. Also the camilia drops really works wonders too. Im all about using clean products, especially for baby.

Washcloth dipped in breastmilk, freeze for 10m. My baby loved that!

My baby likes the frida baby teether that kinda holds their wrist and mommy bliss teething gel. I've tried a breastmilk pop once and he wasn't really a fan, but my friends baby loves them.

Camilia is helping a lot

No obvious discomfort here. She sucks on her hands often and when I can I massage her gums for her and she clamps down on my finger. Other than that we’re just pushing through.
