My room is boiling and baby is sleeping fan is on keeping her hydrated and putting a flannel on her !

My little onces just woke up, first time in weeks during night taking full bottle and back down. This heat is horrible

Checking to make sure he’s breathing every 20 minutes 😂😂 I’m sure he’s fine but I’m paranoid it’s 29 degrees I’m my home !!! Even with the fans on .. he’s currently in his nappy fast asleep with two fans in the bedroom . I’m making sure he’s hydrated too with feeds and water (formula fed )

A Fan in the nursery and 60ml milk at 5am 👍

Counterintuitive, but I've found keeping windows shut, blinds down etc in the day has kept back the sun beating on the windows and heating the room.
In the evening then I open the windows wide and let the cooler air in. Baby goes to bed at 8 so gives a decent bit of time for things to cool down.
Hang in there ladies, it's on its way out and the chill is coming. Then everyone will be worried about keeping them warm at night!!! Can't win 🤣

Do you let the fan circulate and briefly hit them? Not sure if I’m allowed or not

That's what I do, I have it so it's turning :) and I just check her skin to make sure she's not getting a chill at any point.
