Fever and bub refusing to take panadol
Ftm mom here, my baby is having a fever and she is refusing to take panadol.
She is exclusivley breastfed and 8 months old.
Please give me ideas how to get her to have her medicine and lower the fever.

Can mix it with juice/water?
Otherwise small bits and blow air into her face, this causes them to swallow, it’s not nice but better to get it in. Or try get them to hold it to take it. Otherwise you can use Nurofen also.
Does she eat any food atm? I’d mix it with some pasty food, like coconut youghurt. There’s Panadol suppositories as well if she still refuses to consume it via oral.

My Boy hated Panadol! So I bought him dymadon, it’s still paracetamol but suck a nicer flavour. I use the strawberry flavour and now he loves it!
Try baby nurofen :)
agree with this. Nurofen is way easier to give because of the syringe design and thickness, and tastes better than paracetamol (apparently)
