Nipple issue

When I’m feeding from my right breast my LO keeps coughing and pulling back and then one duct in my nipple is spraying milk into the air. I think it’s like this when she’s latched, hence the choking- is there anything I can do?

Your let down is too strong/fast. Idk if there's a way to fix it though

I’ve read that laying down might help :(

You have a fast letdown, baby struggled with it. Feeding on your side does help, as well as expressing a little bit of milk before feeding x

I found that reclining in my nursing chair while feeding her helped slow it down and stopped her from choking. Laying in bed on my side while feeding her also does the trick. Hope this helps 🫶🏽.

Thank you, its horrible when that lovely peaceful feed time becomes really loud and upsetting for her 😞
