This heat
Anyone else worried about how the heat will impact their baby?
I stayed inside all day most of yesterday, but last night I was so hot in bed it was unbearable.
Really hoping it didn’t do anything to the baby 😔

Easier said than done but try not to worry, you’re keeping as cool as you can and make sure you keep hydrated x

It’s horrible. I really thought I’d got lucky and we’d escaped the hot weather. I’ve been trying to keep as hydrated as possible and I have a spray bottle so am regularly spraying myself and sitting in front of the fan. I’m probably going to go swimming today hopefully should cool me down.
I was saying I think it's better to have baby in our bellies than them defending the heat for themselves. It's harder for them to regulate the heat so as long as you look after yourself they'll ve fine xx
No I haven’t been worried about the head impacting the baby. There’s physically nothing I can do about it🤷🏼♀️
no baby is fine in there! mines been kicking about a lot recently so he’s all good. just stay hydrated and rest when needed ❤️
