Can labor pains feel like constipation? I'm feeling adominal pains but the lower back pain is what is killing me ATM. I tried going bathroom but it's either it's stuck or something else. Anyone else felt this way ?

Yes; keep an eye out for other early labor symptoms but it might also just be constipation. Try eating fruit or taking a stool softener
Apricots are my go to for constipation! They get things moving!
Try laxative to see if it will help also I use hot pads and a belly band to help some with the back pain… Im 37 weeks and is goin through it also 😭😭
