Help with this rash !

We’ve been to the drs regarding rash on my 2 year olds face the nurse dismissed us within 2 mins of the appointment saying it was just
Eczema and gave us cream to treat it, since the appointment I’ve noticed that when it flares up, it’s spreading and looks quite aggressive. Has anyone dealt with this before ? this isn’t what I thought eczema looks like!

Could be the heat isn't helping? Plus a mix of irritation from sweat or suncream?. Aveeno daily face cream is good and doesn't irritate. But would definitely go back for a second opinion.

This almost looks autoimmune related. Especially is creams don’t help at all. Definitely get a second opinion!

Defo get a second opinion. Insist on seeing a GP next time. My LO had contact dermatitis after her grandmother used bio laundry liquid. They prescribed cetraben, dermol and hydrocortisone and it cleared up within a week.
