Usually what I did is I would bathe my baby with chamomile water warm and also chamomile tea like one ounce of it it’s like old school Mexican remedies but it helped for my baby

Depends on the type of sick. If she is coughing with congestion/runny nose I always go and sit in the bathroom with my LO and lay a blanket or towel down for her to play then turn the shower on the highest heat and let the bathroom get steamy for about 15-20 mins. It helps loosen the mucus and open up their sinuses. Also if she has a sore throat I’ll warm up the tiniest bit of apple juice before her nap/bedtime and it helps soothe the throat. Make sure she isn’t too bundled up or overheating either. I usually will put on the same amount of clothes as my LO and then judge whether or not baby needs more or less blankets/layers. Hang in there momma, trust your instincts, you know what’s best for your baby🤍

Don’t use Motrin, but you can use Tylenol. 2.5ml’s is good. Keeping baby hydrated is super important. Signs of dehydration is dry lips and also when laying down feeling a dent in the soft spot of their head. If you have a bulb to suck out mucus, use it cause babies are nose breathers and if you hear the phlegm it’s good to clear that too. A bath to cool them is good and get the boogies soft. Use the bulb before feedings and before sleeping.
